Catlow, indie-pop acclaimed musician Natasha Thirsk (formerly of The Dirtmitts), is a staple of the Canadian indie rock scene. Thirsk's music interests began when she classically trained as a pianist. Jazz, Experimental, New Wave and everything in between heavily influences her sound. Her mission: to create "hopelessly catchy" and "arrestingly angular grooves, with lithe intelligent vocals." There's simply nothing like her sweet and meandering vocals, which she combines with acoustic and grungy textures for maximum effect.
